Turkey roast stuffed with cranberries

Preparation

Cooked turkey roast stuffed with cranberries

  • Oven : 
  1. Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Open the bag, place the turkey roast with its cooking juice on a baking pan.
  3. Remove gently the net around the roast before cooking.
  4. Heat for 40 to 50 minutes*. Once the roast is reheated, increase the temperature to BROIL to 260°C (500°F) and roasted for 4 minutes until the skin becomes crispy.

Remind : The turkey roast is fully cooked, simply reheat and serve.

* Cooking time may vary according to the oven.

Sauce 

  • Microwave : Remove sauce from packaging, place in a microwave safe dish and heat on medium for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Stovetop : Remove sauce from packaging, place in saucepan and heat at medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, whisking sometimes.

Crushed sweet potatoes

  • Oven : 
  1. Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Remove crushed sweet potatoes from the bag, place in a deep baking pan in the oven.
  3. Heat in the oven for 15 to 25 minutes* or until the potatoes are warm. Once reheated, mix well with a fork.

* Cooking time may vary according to the oven.

  • Microwave : Remove potatoes from the packaging, place in a microwave safe dish. Heat on medium for 8 to 10 minutes. Whisk well at mid-cooking.

Ingredients

ROAST : Meat (turkey, water, sugar, salt, spices). Stuffing: (turkey, dry cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), water, bread crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, salt, hydrogenated vegetable oil (soy), yeast), dehydrated onion, salt, herbs, spices).

SAUCE : Poultry broth (water, turkey, chicken, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, spices), chicken glace (chicken broth, carrot, onion, garlic, spices), modified corn starch, chicken fat, grilled wheat flour, cane sugar, salt, seasonings, spices.

CRUSHED SWEET POTATOES : Sweet potatoes, butter (milk), olive oil, salt, spices.
