Turkey festive box

  •     Seasoned cooked turkey

Preparation

Cooked Turkey

  1. Preheat and cook at 200°C (400°F)
  2. Remove turkey and its cooking juice from bag. Place them in a deep baking pan in the center of the oven.
  3. Cook for 60 to 75 minutes, to finish place under BROIL until its skin becomes crispy.
  4. *Turkey is fully cooked, simply reheat and serve* Cooking time may vary according to the oven.

Traditional gravy

  • Microwave: Remove sauce from packaging, place in a microwave safe dish and heat on medium for 2 minutes.
  • Stove: Remove sauce from packaging, place in sauce pan and heat at medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Whole cranberry sauce

  • Microwave: Remove from packaging, place in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute on medium.
  • Stove: Remove from packaging, place sauce in a pan, heat on medium for 2 to 3 minutes.

Mashed potatoes

  • Microwave: Open the bag, pour the mashed potatoes in a microwave safe bowl, and mix well. Cook at high heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • Stove: Open the bag, pour the mashed potatoes in a large saucepan, and cook at medium heat, stirring regularly until hot.

Ingredients

TURKEY: Turkey, water, salt, sugar, spices.

TRADITIONAL GRAVY: Poultry broth (water, turkey, chicken, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, spices), chicken glace (chicken broth, carrot, onion, garlic, spices), modified corn starch, chicken fat, grilled wheat flour, brown sugar, salt, seasonings, spices.

MASHED POTATOES: Potatoes (sodium metabisulfite), milk, butter, salt, garlic powder, pepper.

WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCEY: Cranberries, sugar, water, concentrated orange juice, cinnamon.
