Porchetta festive box

  •     Cooked porchetta
  •     Cooked garlic and rosemary potatoes
  •     Cooked carrots

Preparation

Cooked porchetta

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C (400ºF)
  2. Remove the porchetta from bag (with or without its cooking juice) and place it in a deep baking pan.
  3. Make incisions in the skin between the cooking strings. Do not cut the cooking strings for a perfect result.
  4. Cover with aluminium foil for the first 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the aluminium foil and continue cooking for about one hour or until the product is hot.
  6. Let it rest 10 to 15 minutes. Cut the cooking strings before serving.

*Cooking time may vary according to the oven.

Cooked garlic and rosemary potatoes

  • Oven: Remove potatoes from bag and place in a deep baking pan with a bit of oil. Place in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30 to 45 minutes to roast it.

Cooked carrots

  • Stove: Remove carrots and the cooking juice from packaging, place in a frying pan and cook at medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Oven: Remove carrots and the cooking juice from packaging, place in a heating pan, cover with aluminium foil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).

Ingredients

PORCHETTA: Pork, olive oil, garlic, salt, herbs, spices.

CARROTS: Carrots, olive oil, salt, spices.

COOKED GARLIC AND ROSEMARY POTATOES: Potatoes (sulphites), olive oil, salt, garlic powder, spices.
