Piglet festive box

  •     Half piglet cooked
  •     Demi-glace sauce
  •     Cooked garlic and rosemary potatoes



  1. Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the bag, place the piglet (with or without is fat) on a baking pan and cook it for 30 to 35 minutes.
  3. Once the piglet is warm, upgrade the oven to 500°F (260°C) and roast it 4 minutes until his skin becomes crispy.
  4. Let it rest 5 minutes before serving* Cooking time may vary according to the oven.

Demi-glace sauce

  1. Microwave: Remove sauce from packaging, place in a microwave safe dish and heat on medium for 2 minutes.
  2. Stove: Remove sauce from packaging, place in sauce pan and heat at medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Cooked garlic and rosemary potatoes

  • Oven: Remove potatoes from bag and place in a deep baking pan with a bit of oil. Place in the oven at 450°F for 30 to 45 minutes to roast them.

Suggestion : Place the potatoes in a deep baking pan with the piglet. Microwave not recommended.


HALF PIGLET: Pork, olive oil, salt, spices.

DEMI-GLACE SAUCE: Turkey broth (water, turkey, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, spices), chicken glace (chicken broth, carrot, onion, garlic, spices), modified corn starch, chicken fat, grilled wheat flour, cane sugar, salt, seasonings, spices.

COOKED GARLIC AND ROSEMARY POTATOES: Potatoes (sodium metabisulfite), olive oil, salt, garlic powder, spices.
