Leg of lamb festive box

  •     Cooked leg of lamb

Preparation

Cooked leg of lamb

  1. Preheat the oven at 165°C (325°F).
  2. Remove lamb and its cooking juice from bag. Place them in a deep baking pan in the center of the oven.
  3. Cover with aluminium foil and heat for 120 minutes. To finish, remove aluminium foil and place under BROIL until crispy.*
  4. Lamb is fully cooked, simply reheat and serve.
*Cooking time may vary according to the oven.

Homemade gravy

  • Microwave: Remove sauce from packaging, place in a microwave safe dish and heat on medium for 2 minutes.
  • Stove: Remove sauce from packaging, place in sauce pan and heat at medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Potatoes "au gratin"

  • Oven: Preheat the oven at 165°C (325°F). Remove potatoes from bag and place in a deep baking pan with aluminium foil on top. Cook for 45 to 60 minutes or until it gets warm.

Suggestion: Add your favorite cheese and broil until slightly brown and melted.

Cooked carrots

  • Stove: Remove carrots and their cooking juice from packaging, place in a frying pan and cook at medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Oven: Remove carrots and their cooking juice from packaging, place in a heating pan, cover with aluminium foil and cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 165°C (325°F).

Cooked beets

  • Stove: Remove beets and the cooking juice from packaging, place in a frying pan and cook at medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Oven: Remove beets and its cooking juice from packaging, place in a heating pan, cover with aluminium foil and heat for 25 to 30 minutes at 165°C (325°F).

Ingredients

COOKED LAMB LEG: Lamb, water, salt, garlic powder, spices.

HOMEMADE GRAVY: Turkey broth (water, turkey, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, spices), chicken glace (chicken broth, carrot, onion, garlic, spices), modified corn starch, chicken fat, grilled wheat flour, cane sugar, salt, seasonings, spices.

POTATOES "AU GRATIN": Potatoes (sodium metabisulfite), cream (milk, cream, carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, carob bean gum, mono and diglycerides, carrageenan), water, corn starch, garlic powder, salt, spices.

CARROTS: Carrots, olive oil, salt, spices.

BEETS: Beets, olive oil, salt, spices.
